We are all delighted that DKG scholarships - Delta Omicron (once), Dallas County County Coordinating Council (twice), and Texas State Organization (twice) - assisted Jamie Callahan with finances on her way to her doctorate. She now serves as Director of Accountability and Assessment for Highland Park ISD. In 2016, Dr. Callahan published the article "Encouraging Retention of New Teachers Through Mentoring Strategies" in the Delta Kappa Gamma Bulletin. She was later honored for her article with the 2016-17 Member in Print Award by The Texas State Organization and the Delta Omicron Chapter of The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International.
